What to Look for when Choosing Your Event Planner

Planning an event, need a planner or vendors to supply your event needs. Are you confused where to go or who to contact, bingo! You search online or remember that beautiful flyer/biz card you got the other day. Yes, I encourage presentable total biz packages, but alas, watch out! When choosing your planner or vendors, consider the following tips:
1.Is the person just a contractor or a professional on the field
2. Ask questions about past job handle, with verifications and references. When was the last job done
3. Evidence (photo) of past job done…..ask questions about when, where and who was the host of such past events
4. Call the referrals and questions about the planner or vendor’s service delivery and quality
5. Either a biz that operate from home or has an office space, take notice if you can sight evidence of materials/tools related to intend service he/she want to offer you
6. Ask people around…..ask and ask and ask till you are convinced
Don’t take risk, a professional don’t get piss when you do survey about them. They feel great you are digging deep about them and that will ensure deeper mutual relationship.
Business strive with strongly built relationship
Never get carried away by beautiful adverts place on internet or flayers.....dig deep!
Never go out of your locality to contract a planner or vendors, unless it is compulsory to take such decision. And this might be necessitated because of these following: 1) no such service been rendered around, 2) you are not convinced enough about service delivery of the one in your local, which is based on your personal assessment and opinions you sample around, and 3) you have a trusted and capable professional whose work you can attest to and satisfied with service delivery.
